Our take
Top House suits visitors in Central Pattaya who want a cheap, clean Thai or foot massage on a main road that is easy to find. Prices reviewers mention paying are ฿200 for an hour of Thai massage. Google reviewers often mention cool air conditioning, a renovated, spacious shop, friendly staff and good value, and several came in groups. Skip it if consistency matters: complaints include a therapist on her phone, weak pressure and one reviewer being repeatedly offered extras they did not want. Google lists it under erotic massage, but most reviews describe a regular massage shop, so it is not a natural pick for the best happy ending massage in Pattaya either.

Staff in pink shirts, friendly service and therapists who remember returning customers come up in several reviews.
Google lists it in the erotic massage category. Several reviewers describe it as a regular massage shop. A recent one-star reviewer, though, says a therapist repeatedly offered extras the reviewer had refused.
